Alyssa Kolodziejski is our Leasing Consultant with over a year of experience helping individuals find their ideal living spaces. With a background in hospitality, including roles in hotels and as a Resident Assistant during her college years, Alyssa has developed a unique perspective on customer service and community building. This experience has made the hospitality aspect of her role particularly rewarding, as she is passionate about creating positive and memorable experiences for everyone she works with. Whether assisting prospective tenants or supporting current residents, Alyssa’s goal is to foster a welcoming and supportive environment. She genuinely enjoys the work she does and is committed to building meaningful connections within the industry. Alyssa holds an Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice from Jamestown Community College and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Buffalo State University. Outside of work, she loves exploring all the delicious food and events Buffalo has to offer—she’s a true foodie at heart and thrives on adventure! She also prioritizes staying active and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
