Yes. Applicants who do not meet the standard income or credit requirements may apply with a qualified guarantor.
What are the guarantor requirements?
Guarantors must meet the following criteria:
Income of at least 5× the monthly rent
Minimum credit score of 650
No collection accounts within the past 5 years

Are pets allowed?
Yes! We allow up to one domesticated pet per bedroom. All pets are subject to breed and weight restrictions.
Is there a pet fee?
Yes. Approved pets require:
$350 non-refundable pet fee
$35 monthly pet rent
Are there any breed or weight restrictions?
Yes. Breed and weight restrictions apply. Please contact our leasing office for specific guidelines and approval requirements.
Do service animals or assistance animals require pet fees or pet rent?
No. Verified service animals and assistance animals are not considered pets and are exempt from pet fees and monthly pet rent in accordance with applicable laws.
How do I register my pet or assistance animal?
Please contact our leasing office for information on the approval process and any required documentation.
Frequently Asked Questions – Lease terms
Do you offer short-term leases?
At this time, we only offer 12-month lease terms and do not currently provide short-term leasing options.
Can I break my lease early?
Yes. Residents may terminate their lease early by paying an early termination fee equal to two months’ rent, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in their lease agreement.
How does the lease termination fee work?
If you choose to move out before your lease ends, an early termination fee equal to two months’ rent will apply. Please contact the leasing office for details regarding your specific lease and move-out situation.
